- Provide ad on media compatible with MAC platform - Zip 100, CD, Jaz or floppy.
- Ad files must be supplied in Quark Express, Illustrator or Photoshop.
- Use only 4 color (CMYK) process colors - no RGB, spot color or unseparated PMS colors.
- Provide a matchprint, color proof for all 4 color ads; send black and white proof for black and white ads.
- Include Type 1 media fonts and screen fonts (NO TRUE TYPE FONTS), support files, and images with a 300 dpi resolution. Include a list of disk contents as a "Print Window".
Clients will be notified of problems detected and given an opportunity to send corrected files or incur charges at prevailing rates.
